I'm Lucas. I built ServantSuite for small church teams, because I've watched what happens to a Sunday when one person is missing. The slides volunteer is on vacation. The one who knows the lights is out sick. Suddenly the service is less flexible and less reliable, and everyone in the room can feel it.
Small churches don't have a bench. The same few servants carry everything, so when one is gone the pastor either scrambles to cover or preaches around the gap. That isn't a people problem. Those people are faithful. The problem is a service that only works when everyone shows up, every week.
ServantSuite puts the service back in the pastor's hands. You write the sermon, and the sermon runs the room: the slides, the lights and the cues, from the phone you preach from. Nobody has to be in the booth for Sunday to work.
That gives your servants something better than a post to cover. It gives them headspace. When the service no longer hangs on them, they can take the vacation, stay home sick, and walk in on Sunday free to pray with people and greet the new family. Free to be good ministers, not operators.
