About
We built this for the pastor who's tired of being the one who remembers everything.
ServantSuite is a planning system for small and mid-size church staffs. It exists because the week before Sunday is too important to live in a group text.
Lucas Winchester
Founder, ServantSuite
I'm Lucas. I built ServantSuite because every church I've watched up close runs on the same five spreadsheets, the same group texts, and the same pastor who's tired of being the only one who remembers everything.
Sunday morning is the one deadline that doesn't move. But the work behind it (the sermon, the song list, the slides, the volunteer schedule, the building setup) gets coordinated across tools that don't talk to each other. So Saturday turns into a scramble. Pastors burn out doing logistics they didn't sign up for.
ServantSuite is the planning layer I wished existed: one place to write the sermon, plan the service, assign the recurring work, and know your team is on the same page without sending another text. Built with real pastors at small and mid-size churches, and built carefully, because what you put into it is what your church preaches on Sunday.

How we work with churches
We build with pastors, not at them.
Every feature ships after a pastor at a real church has used it on a real Sunday. If it doesn't survive a week of ministry, we rework it.
We don't pretend to be enterprise.
ServantSuite is built for small and mid-size churches. We're honest about what we are and what we're not. We avoid adding features that only matter to organizations 10x larger.
Your content is yours.
Sermons, member data, reports: your church owns it. We don't sell, share, or use it for AI training. Export anytime in standard formats.
Free forever for solo pastors.
If you're a one-person operation, ServantSuite is free. No trial, no expiring features. Pastoring a church alone is hard enough; the planning tool shouldn't add to it.

These churches gave us their time, their feedback, and their honest reactions during the early build. We're grateful.
