Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels. This policy covers all of them.

2. Cookies we use

Essential. Keep you signed in and keep the app working. Set by us and by Clerk, our sign-in provider. These cannot be turned off.

Analytics. Help us understand how people use the site and the app. Set by PostHog. Without your consent, PostHog counts visits without cookies instead. Vercel Analytics never uses cookies. We also set our own cookie (ss_src) that remembers how you found us, such as the site or campaign link that sent you, so we can see which ones lead to sign-ups. It lasts 90 days.

Advertising. The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp) that let us measure which ads lead to sign-ups and show ServantSuite ads to people who have visited our site.

Referrals. When you arrive through an invite link, we store a cookie so the church that invited you gets credit.

3. Your choices

One choice covers advertising and analytics cookies. If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, neither is used until you choose Allow. Everywhere else they are used unless you turn them off. Anyone can change their choice at any time with at the bottom of every page on our website, or from Help in the app. Your choice also applies to the sign-up and subscription events our app reports to Meta.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the app from working.
