- ServantSync
- $29 a month or $299 a year per media computer, with a 14-day free trial. Pairing and cue mapping are free.
- Founding churches
- The first 50 churches pay $14.50 a month or $149.50 a year for their first ServantSync computer, for as long as they keep it.
- Storage
- 5 GB of files per church and 1 GB in a personal workspace, free. Links don't count.

- Mac, Apple silicon and Intel. Works offline and syncs. Windows coming.

- Mac and Windows, installed on the church's media computer.

- Not yet. iPhone, iPad and Android use the browser and can add it to the Home Screen.
Writing
- Structure
- Points, sub-points, verses, stories, notes and closings as blocks. Type / or highlight a line to make one.
- Scripture
- 12 public-domain or free translations, including KJV, WEB and ASV. References are recognized as you type.
- Import and export
- Import Word (.docx), one file at a time, or paste. Export Word, PDF or plain text.
- Library
- Series, scripture tags, attached files and links, full-text search and version history on every sermon.
Team
- Roles
- Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer. Members are unlimited and free.
- Collaboration
- Inline comments with replies, @mentions with push and email notifications, tasks and recurring tasks.
- Editing together
- Changes merge when each person saves, with a choice only on a true clash. No live cursors.
- Sharing
- Share a sermon outside the church with view or edit access. The recipient signs in free. No public links.
Preaching
- Preach mode
- Scroll, Pages or Cues views, text from 14 to 56, light or stage theme, a clock, focus mode and verses on tap. The screen stays awake.
- Controls
- Tap, keyboard, presentation clickers and foot pedals that send arrow or page keys.
- Connection
- The browser needs internet to open a sermon. The Mac desktop app preaches offline.
Integrations
- ProPresenter
- 7.9 or later, through its network API, via ServantSync on the media computer.

- OSC for lighting consoles, QLab and Resolume. HTTP for Home Assistant, smart plugs and webhooks.
- Planning Center
- The sermon's points and verses become slides in a Services plan, and Live moves as the pastor preaches. Free.
AI and your data
- AI writing
- None. ServantSuite never writes, suggests or rewrites sermon text.
- Where AI is used
- Only on Word import: Anthropic's Claude tags existing paragraphs as points, sub-points and notes.
- Training
- Sermons are never used to train AI, and never sold.
- Ownership
- Export any sermon any time. A pastor's sermons go with them if they change churches.
