Solo
Pastoring on your own.
You're the only person on staff. You write sermons, plan services, and coordinate volunteers yourself. ServantSuite Solo gives you the planning rhythm without paying for collaboration features you don't need yet.
Team
Two to five people on staff.
You have at least one other person on staff (worship leader, admin, tech director) who needs to see the plan. Team unlocks comments, recurring tasks, weekly digests, and reports for the staff you actually have.
Campus
Larger or multi-campus.
Multiple campuses, larger staff, or a parent church coordinating across plants. Campus unlocks scheduled reports, fuller activity logs, and priority support.

Pricing questions.
Do you offer a free trial of Team or Campus?+
Solo is free forever and never asks for a card. Team and Campus include a 14-day trial; we ask for a card up front so the paid features switch on, and your first charge lands on day 15. Cancel before then and you won't be billed.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Anytime. Upgrade and the new features unlock immediately. Downgrade and you keep the current tier until the end of the billing period, then revert.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?+
Your data is retained for 90 days regardless of billing status. You can re-subscribe and pick up where you left off, or export everything as Word and CSV files anytime.
Is there a non-profit or church discount?+
Pricing already reflects what we think small churches can sustainably budget. If your church is in financial hardship and Team or Campus would change how you do Sundays, email hello@servantsuite.com. We'll figure something out.
Do you charge per volunteer?+
No. Tiers are based on staff member count, not volunteer count. You can have hundreds of volunteers in the system on any tier. Only the people writing sermons, assigning tasks, or running services count toward your member limit.
Annual billing discount?+
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free on Team and Campus. Toggle the billing cadence on the Team page in-app.
