Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ServantSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ServantSuite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit harmful or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in ServantSuite. We retain ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology.

5. Paid Services

The ServantSuite editor is free. ServantSync is a paid subscription, billed per media computer, monthly or annually, in advance, through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.

You can cancel anytime. ServantSync keeps running until the end of your current billing period and does not renew after that.

Founding pricing applies to one computer per church. We may change standard prices with notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If you delete your account, we delete your content within 90 days, except where we must keep records such as invoices.

Cancelling ServantSync does not delete your account. Your sermons, services and team stay, and the editor stays free.
