Founding Pastor FAQ
What's the catch?+
There isn't one. We need pastors at small and mid-size churches to use ServantSuite, give us honest feedback, and tell other pastors what they think. In exchange we lock in your pricing forever and treat you like a founder. That's the trade.
Why limit it to 50?+
Because the value of "locked-in forever" only works if it's not for everyone. Once we hit 50 churches, the program closes. Pricing for everyone after that goes back to standard rates.
Do I have to commit to anything?+
No long-term contract. You can cancel any time and your pricing privilege resumes if you come back. We just ask that you actually use it for a couple of months and tell us honestly how it's going.
What if I'm a solo pastor?+
Solo is already free forever, so there's no need for Founding pricing. But if you want a direct line to Lucas and early access to features, apply anyway. We may add a Founding Solo tier with extra perks.
How fast do I hear back?+
Within 24 business hours. Lucas personally reads every application and replies with a Founding Pastor offer + a setup plan matched to your church's size and biggest weekly pain.
What if you stop the program before I apply?+
We'll be transparent: when we hit 50, we'll change this page and stop accepting applications. If you've submitted before that, you're in.
